I’ve been waiting for something to happen to my M6 for years.
Stupid question, but did you need your receipt or proof of purchase?

I had to find my mother-in-law’s Amazon receipts and provide proof of purchase for the exchange.

Thanks for the info!
Surprised they don’t send you a replacement Sim 2 Max when they still sell them on the website.
If I buy a new driver head only and this happens, will they replace it? Did you need proof of purchase?
How can I get in on that program?
Meanwhile, I can’t get Titleist to even consider replacing my T200 3 iron with a cracked face.
TaylorMade has the best customer service in the industry. Break a current year Titleist driver and you’re out of luck.
Dear God! How did that happen? The hole to adjust the loft looks dirty. Surprised they gave you that as a replacement! Awesome!
Glad to see you got a Qi10 since the SIM2 Max is still available. My SIM2 Max broke after 6 months, and TM sent me another SIM2 Max instead of a Qi10 a few months ago.
Damn you lol, I just got a new Stealth 2 head because my Stealth head broke.
I’m on my 4th Callaway driver. 3rd 2023 Big Bertha, started with the Callaway Edge.
Same thing just happened with my Paradyme. Got a Smoke AI in the mail. I think this will become common. These clubs are fragile. One hairline crack and they’re done after a few swings.
Oh no, I just bought the Sim2 Max second hand. Hope this doesn’t happen to me.

I did play more cold golf this year. Not sure if that contributed.
See you again soon!
Unfortunately, that’s a downgrade.
That’s a downgrade in my opinion. TaylorMade drivers haven’t been the same since the Sim.

Agreed, Sim2 was the peak for TaylorMade. A carbon face for $200 more isn’t an upgrade.
