I think for a beginner that’s a great setup!
I’m scratch and play the G410 and just replaced those Mizunos after 17 years… new irons are better but not by much. It’s an amazing setup!!

I’m a 9 and have been gaming the G410 for 4 years. A player’s driver with amazing forgiveness!
Golf clubs!!
Good setup. The Mizuno irons and Ping driver are great. The hybrids are interesting with only 3 degrees of loft difference. I would guess you’ll hit them roughly the same distance so you might concentrate on hitting one of them well and sideline the other. The 56-degree wedge is good but will also be too much loft for some circumstances, and you’ll probably dig the face into the ground chunking it a bunch. At some point, you might consider grabbing a 50-degree gap wedge.

Good tip with the hybrids. I was debating on going 3 & 5 but I couldn’t find any good deals. I will definitely be adding more wedges as I progress.
Great setup, I would suggest adding a 52° wedge as your next club.
Wilson Harmonized gear is underrated. I game their 52° and 60° wedges and putter with super stroke grip as a ~12hdcp. I’d recommend replacing the wedges every season though. The grooves go quick, but for $35, it’s well worth it.
Can do a lot of work with that bag. That’s the set I got a couple of years ago 'cause I used to play it in HS. All in all, can really play some golf with those.

Pretty great beginner set. Not a lot to complain about. Invest in rounds and practice, not sticks you chunk. Ha. But you got a good start.

Got everything through OfferUp piecing deals together for just a little over $200. Definitely need to work on my swing but I needed sticks to work on the swing lol!

Can’t a beginner club literally be anything from something you buy at goodwill to a G430 which is extremely forgiving for new golfers? What do years have to do with it?

Very nice. Please replace the wedge. The rest is good. Maybe upgrade the putter.
