$450 for TaylorMade Stealth Irons a good deal?

I might buy these from someone tomorrow. They have stiff shafts, were used for 5 rounds, and include clubs 5 through A. Is $450 a good price?

Ask what he scored with them and no matter what he says just say “well looks like I’m gonna have to work the suck off these things” then offer him $390.

This is the only answer.

At first I read “then” instead of “the”.

@Wray
I read “to” instead of “the”.

“the” should be “thine”.

I like the way you think.

I admittedly read this way too quickly and had quite the double take.

Perfection.

Make sure they aren’t fakes. I almost got scammed on some M6 irons a while back. The lettering on Taylormade looks a little blobby which can be the tell on these.

Well yeah not the packaging which is why people scuff them up and flip on Facebook marketplace. The other thing to consider is who you’re buying from. Do they strike you as being the kind of person who would drop a grand on clubs, use them never and resell them for cheap? Do they have other Facebook listings that make you more suspicious of this one etc.

Counterfeit golf equipment is a billion dollar industry it’s smart to be cautious when buying from an unestablished source.

Yeah honestly I would be if I got mine there. I ordered from TaylorMade directly though so they better not be fake haha.
