True, but that’s because he can’t shift weight without swaying, yet. When your hips and chest don’t get open at impact, you have to keep your weight still.
That’s why his foot slips away from the ball. If your hips are square at impact, how can you drive your hips through the ball? They’re perpendicular to the direction of the weight shift. If he shifts weight he’ll just sway and spray without adding any power.
Try standing further back?
