Just because it could’ve killed him, doesn’t mean he intended to kill him.
If I’m gathering by planting my left foot and doing a FULL swing on your skull best believe I’m intending to kill you.

No you are not intending to kill someone doing that c’mon now.
Kirkland driver was the update.

Canada is similar, but we try to avoid locking people in prison if possible. So, you’ll hear plenty about how we just let anyone walk free. Of course, that’s not true and those people who continue to commit crimes are breaking some sort of order.
I was in a group a few weeks ago and two of the people in my group hit the best drives of their life and both balls rolled up on the group leaving the green. Now, the group leaving the green came off the front of the green and not the back where they are supposed to. One of the guys in the group in front of me started flipping his lid and I thought he was going to start swinging. Thankfully, I was able to get cooler heads to prevail. No one likes getting hit into, but sometimes shit happens. It’s never worth fighting over. If someone is hurt from the ball, the first order of business is to help that person no matter the group you are with. If you get hit into, just tee up the ball and a pleasant “hey, that ball rolled up on us, can you please make sure we are out of range” is all it takes. If you are the one who hit into another group, profusely apologize, offer to buy some drinks and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Always, always, always yell fore at the top of your lungs if there is a remote chance that your ball will be near someone. It’s much better to yell it and end up being 50 yards away from the person than not yelling and hitting someone. Plus, people are much more likely to be forgiving if you yelled fore. On Sunday, I hit a ball that was a jumper and I thought I pulled it way left. I yelled fore because there is a tee box over there. Thankfully, the ball started cutting but I still hit it 20 yards further than I was planning. The group in front thanked me for yelling fore. Better to be safe than sorry.

This is an update on the update that he was arrested. Further updates to come.
This reminds me of the other one a few weeks ago - what happened to the person that drove their car on the course and hit someone? Never saw an update there.
Title had me thinking someone just bombed one down the fairway.
It’s the upcountry degenerates.
