I’m going on a golf trip with some buddies next month, and one of them suggested getting a Club Glove. But $400 for something I’ll use once a year? No way.
Then I came across one returned to Amazon and listed on bidfta in “as-is” condition. I don’t usually gamble on these, but I set my max bid at $100 (with fees and taxes, it’s about $127). As the auction got close to the end, I noticed the bids against me were super quick—clearly auto bids. I guessed the other bidder’s max was $100, so I went with $100.01. It worked! I won!
The box is ripped, but the bag inside is brand new with tags. Perfect for my trip!

You can bid on stuff returned to Amazon?
I’m not sure if it’s everywhere, but it’s at least in Ohio. I don’t know how it works but there’s a massive warehouse of returns from Amazon and Wayfair that you bid on like eBay. This one was labeled poorly on their website or I think it may have gotten more attention.
I put a dollar store broomstick in the center of my bag. Only had irons, putter, and driver shaft. Driver head in bag. Wrapped/stuffed all the gaps with underwear and socks. Put on soft cover. Worked great.
@Johnathan
I’m assuming this was bought off a pallet of Amazon returns and then placed on eBay to sell? Hence the bidding, and the fact that Amazon doesn’t take a lot of returns for resale they just wholesale it.
Nice find! I have one that’s about 10 years old and still looks brand new. It may sound odd but I don’t even bother wrapping/padding my iron heads (LAX TSA has it out for me, always pull all my irons and shafts out for inspection and rearrange it all) that’s how much confidence I have in my travel bag knock on wood

Great snag but I honestly don’t think you can beat the ClubGlider. The whole crew has them, game changer for sure.
I did a lot of searching and reading reviews before I bought a travel bag and ended up with the Meridian. Couldn’t be happier and it rolls better than my regular luggage.
