I bought 4 dozen Titleist balls using the buy 3 get 1 free offer that many brands have at the start of the season. As I was using them, I pulled out a sleeve to mark them before a round and saw that one of the balls had some odd blemishes and even some missing dimples.
I contacted Titleist to see if they could send me a replacement sleeve or maybe a discount on a new dozen. Their customer service was outstanding and they offered to send me a free dozen. I got a shipping notification the next day, which I thought was a nice touch. The shipment arrived the following day, and it looked like they replaced the entire order of 4 dozen.
Not sure if this was a mistake or just exceptional customer service, but they definitely earned my loyalty for the future.

That’s really impressive from Titleist, AVX balls are great too.
Have you tried the free Titleist golf consultation? You can sign up on their website. They send you a couple of two-sleeve packs with the balls they think suit you best.
After trying it twice, I think everyone should be playing AVX if they are average golfers. They’re fantastic.

I wish they were cheaper. I’d use them all the time.

Lostgolfballs.com has pristine balls at a great price. They usually have discounts. I get 96 AVX balls for about $190.

I ordered AVX balls from them, but they were in terrible condition, with gashes and cracks.

I got my money back and haven’t tried them since.
Really? I’ve ordered from them for years. My latest order was all brand new 2024 balls, no flaws at all. You just had bad luck. They might not have enough AVX supply, so they could be selling new AVX balls at a loss. I bet they profit from Prov1s.

Sorry about your experience!
This year’s AVXs have been great from them, so I assume they have access to a bulk supply.

I got Vice Pro Air for $32.99 for five dozen and I won’t change as long as they keep making them.
I love little mix-ups like this. Once I bought a $2 pack of rolling papers from Amazon. It was scheduled for next-day delivery but got delayed. No surprise there. However, when it finally arrived two days later, the package was way bigger than I expected. Someone must have messed up and sent me a whole case instead of just one pack. I got 96 packages for $2.
