Scorecard/yardage book holder plus a yardage book to keep in it. Generally pricey, but it lets you actually hold on to those yardage books and look nice to display.
Always a ball and a bag tag if they have it. Something I’ll wear.
I bought a hybrid headcover from St. Andrews… I don’t own a hybrid, so I guess I have to buy that next
Hoodie from Tobacco Road. I also got the hat with the image of Strantz painting orange lines, which I love.
I snagged the last Monday After the Masters ball marker from the Barefoot Dye course one year. I ended up with Hootie and the Blowfish, so that’s pretty neat.
A really nice quilted leather headcover from Pinehurst. Nothing crazy, just their logo, but it’s elegant and high-quality.

I did the same when I visited Montauk Downs. It’s not a destination course, but I get compliments on it all the time.
Books. If they have a club history, I’ll buy it.
At Lahinch Golf Club, I found a sweet flask wrapped in a hand-sewn cover featuring a goat. I lost it and I’m still mad at myself.
My dad bought me a golf shirt at St. Andrews, and it’s still my favorite shirt to wear.
St. Andrews Old Course tartan flag. Just a classy addition to the room.
Great thread. Silly as it is, from all the stuff I’ve bought over the years from various nice courses, the yeti-style travel cups that I got at PGA National about 6 years ago still leave the house with me at least 3 days a week.
Medalist driver headcover.
God knows how many golf shirts, vests, and pullovers.
Hat and golf shirt combo from Monterrey Peninsula. The shirt is a gorgeous light blue Peter Millar with sailboats on it. Pairs incredibly well with my navy blue suit.
A wood headcover from Prairie Dunes.
Might not be the most practical, but I like collecting yardage books and then putting dots on the pages to recap the shots. I got a 100-year anniversary one at Congressional; that was cool.
I always go for a high-end Q zip or golf shirt, think Peter Millar. The markup isn’t as much and I know it’s quality. I also grab one of the metal poker chip-sized markers with a smaller magnetic marker inside if they have them.
