It depends what you define as night. Where I live we have midnight sun which is technically night time, but it is light enough to be out playing. Unfortunately this also means that we’ve had snow on the ground since mid October and the course won’t open until May.

Regularly doesn’t need to be weekly or something. If it’s only for specific groups on specific days it’s still regularly but won’t bust you.
