Who else enjoys hitting from an elevated tee box

I can see my ball go further into the woods this way

Higher and wider really works here. When I spend an extra 30m searching for my ball, that’s more time for my money

You usually end up with pockets full of balls too

@Ori
Exactly! I might lose 5 but I’ll find 10, it’s a net win

Lose a ProV1 and find 10 Nitros, that’s my luck

I trade in my low-quality balls for nice woodland Titleists all the time

I live at sea level. This picture made my ears pop

I played there in April, it was gloomy and rainy. I don’t remember this view at all

Hole 3 was my favorite to work on. I cut fairways and loved the clean lines that showed all the way from up top. Getting the spray rig up there was an adventure for sure! Playing it is fun too. Just past where the cart is in the fairway, there’s quite a sharp drop. A well-placed drive can really get you down to the green

It’s funny how if you’re from the Okanagan, you can recognize it just by how the mountains look in the background

I always take a second ball to the tee box and swing hard after putting one in play

Always go for the second ball

This is one of my most memorable holes from Bandon. I love this tee shot

First time, I hit it left into the fairway. Second shot went into the right bunker. Then I spent 5 to 6 shots going back and forth over the green because I couldn’t chip properly. Learned my lesson quickly LOL

Great landing area. Which course is this

Bandon Trails hole #14 in Oregon. It’s either the best or worst hole depending on who you ask. I’ve made 3 and 12 on that hole. It’s high up enough that they have a tram to take you from 13 green to 14 tee
