What a shitstack.
“First time he hit the driver all day.”
Incoming “I bought a new driver because I smashed the last one over a guy’s head.” Post.
Dammit now I have to buy another driver for this. That makes 7 this year. I’m never going to recover from this year financially.

But is the tour still on?
What tour?

At least a 2 stroke penalty.

It’s Canada, so it could be anything from jail time to community service washing moose.

You mean anything between absolutely nothing and a long weekend spent in the slammer.

I’m not terribly familiar with Canadian law and my statement is meant for entertainment purposes only and not to be relied upon as legal advice, but it depends. R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46 states that assault with a weapon can carry a prison term of up to ten years. Whether that will actually happen, though, isn’t certain. In the US, it’d be possible that the charge would get pled down to a lesser offense, especially if the dude is a first time offender and/or the injury wasn’t severe.
@Rohan
This is most likely the case. Probably plea down and no jail time if there is no record. If there is a record, it’s anyone’s guess.
