It’s mostly true though. Rory generally does thrive under pressure. Go watch the final round of last year’s US Open, he outplayed Bryson all day by a pretty significant margin. Then he had some bad breaks and some very bad missed putts down the stretch. It’s one of the reasons Rory is so fascinating; you can’t really put him in a box, whether you’re trying to frame his career in a positive or negative way.

Completely agree - he’s had events like the Wells Fargo this year where he pulled away from Xander which I don’t know how people can say it’s not under pressure. That US Open Sunday was obviously disastrous the last couple holes but Bryson had some crazy breaks go his way prior to the clutch up and down.
