Weather sucks in Monterey. Pebble is usually in not the best shape. Cypress is sick, but would not be fun to play every day. Again - more than half the year the weather in Monterey sucks.

I lived in Monterey for a few years, so I’m not gonna argue in defense of the weather. Idk how much that affects the actual property in my mind. And Cypress wouldn’t be fun to play every day but Torrey would? Torrey kicked the living shit out of me. Loved it, but didn’t want to go do it every day haha.
