Long time lurker of this page, decided I’ll show off my new irons I got yesterday.
Taylormade P790 5-PW, Nippon 120 X-Stiff Shafts.
Welcome to the 790 club. I love them 
swing well and easy! Give updates after 10-15 rounds.
I hit them. The top line was just a bit too wide for me. I liked them but wanted a little thinner head. I didn’t know about the 770’s at the time of my fitting and ended up with Ping i530’s. All 3 of these clubs are great to add some distance and still have some control too. The only issue I have seen is you can randomly hit one a bit too far if you hit it pure.

I hit about 5 different clubs but this one felt the best and had the best numbers. At the store I bought them they offer a free “fitting” with purchase and that’s where I got fit into the x-stiff shafts.

Such beautiful looking clubs. I grabbed the copper ones in May and I am in love.
Been playing with them for a couple months as well and love them! Annoying that the fitting has helped me lower my handicap to the point I’m looking at 770s
