Your hooks are coming from too much in to out path, aiming more right means more path… no bueno
Don’t focus too much on hitting balls into a net. You don’t get much feedback besides just hitting the net.
You’re also standing way too close to the ball. There’s barely an inch between the end of the club and your body, which can make you get stuck. I noticed this because it was the first thing my coach pointed out about my swing.
First thing I would do is step back a little at address. You’re extremely close to the ball. In fact, you really couldn’t be any closer. You have a nice swing all around. Try this minor setup adjustment first.
You need to work on your takeaway and backswing. Your arms move away from your body too quickly, and you can see your right elbow drifting further out. This makes you come down really steep on the downswing. Because of that, you get stuck behind your right hip and have to flip your hands to adjust your swing path, which leads to those hooks.
How about reduce backswing by half and start from there
Your issue is that you’re coming in from way too far inside and being too flippy at impact. This makes the ball start to the right and continue going right.
You need that same motion but the right hip needs to stay back just long enough to not let your right elbow get trapped behind you. Nice swing
I think the clubface is just a bit too open at the top and during the transition, and you’re over-closing it on the way down. Try to keep the face square to the swing path longer and shorten your backswing a little to make that easier. Too much forearm rotation is working against you.
You are rotating your hips but you skipped the part where you drive that movement with your right leg, you sort of just pick your foot up.
Honestly, that iron looks too big on you, see if you can buy a cheap single iron off eBay with -1”, I think it would make a huge difference
