My favorite course in SoCal. They close for the month of October for overseeding and maintenance. I have never had a bad experience at Goose. Pace of play is always 4:15. You can’t tee off on 1 until the group in front is on the green. Goose has their own water well, so water is never an issue and you can tell. Hole 16 is a beast of a par 3 and plays well uphill, even though it doesn’t look like it from the tee. Hole 18 is considered the best closing hole in SoCal.
