Yes fam…been playing for about 2.5 years now. First time I broke 90 on an official Par 72 course. . I Broken it a few times before but it wasn’t a full Par 72 course. I never took any lesson; just yolo learned from trial and error, watching videos from YouTube, Instagram and the PGA and LPGA tour players. I’m starting to get mild-moderate lower back pain and it’s becoming more frequent now. I’m spending a lot of time at the gym stretching and using the foam roller lately. How do you guys deal with the frequent lower back pain that comes with golfing?
My average driver carry range around 240-250 yards.

Frequent back pain when golfing? Barbell squats and deadlifts will fix it.
Cool thanks I’ll add that to my workout. Never really done deadlifts before except a few times in the past with some buddies. Hopefully, that helps with building the right muscles.

Absolutely make sure you’ve got good form when you’re deadlifting. It can make your back pain 100x worse if you’re dling with poor form!
Or just hex bar deadlift. So much less to worry about. You can start lifting heavier sooner, instead of worrying about form and grip and shit.

Bags like yours are why they should just go with lofts on clubs or if not just lofts at least include the loft in smaller text on the club.
This is a wild amount of information about the bag/metrics of an 18 handicapper.

I have 3 7 irons in my bag; one is a 27 degree, the other 29 and 33 lol. I agree with your sentiment.

Tbf those Srixon’s are traditional lofts normally, he just has them bent strong, so putting the degree on the iron doesn’t make sense here either.
