Iβve been doing a daily stretching routine tailored for golf, and itβs made a big difference in my game. Focus on stretches that target your hips, shoulders, and lower back. It has helped me stay consistent and reduce injuries.

When I started out playing golf around 2 years ago, I found this stretching regimen useful. I have been using it like gospel and never looked back.
It basically contains back mobility that helps with hip rotation and your upper back. The ankle mobility exercises and shoulder mobility exercises.
I will be 36 years old next week, and I have been stretching for ten years or more. Stretching is a lifesaver when it comes to preventing back discomfort, since nothing else has done so.
