This was the second round of the second day. Sorry if I’m a bit tipsy

I wish it was… but the person who posted this said the photo was taken in August near Traverse City (Shandy Creek)

True, I haven’t been in a few years and I forgot it’s always around June

I was about to ask, can you hear the bass in the background? Hahaha

Good point, it’s only about 110 miles away as the crow flies

Ayy
I need to know the course. I was trying to match up August balloon festivals in Michigan with golf courses… I’m thinking it’s one of the Gull Lake courses?

It’s Shanty Creek!
@Vince
Bellaire is a cool town. Loved the Palmer course and Shanty Creek too

Shanty Creek is the resort. There isn’t a course named that. Edit: three golfers really do not know the names of the courses there. Feel free to check my math
@Vince
It’s crazy that I’ve never played there. I’ve been a Northern Michigan golfer my whole life and just haven’t found a reason to go out that way. I’ve played all the Gaylord and many Traverse City/Petoskey courses but never got to Shanty. Is it worth it?
@Gael
Definitely is. They do throw in a not-so-great course in the package, four rounds. But it’s worth it. After this, though, we’re sticking with Treetops
@Vince
Which course? I’m betting on the 18th on The Legend, but I’ve been wrong before

I believe so. Like I said, I was in the bag on the second day lol
@Vince
Which course? There are two on the property and about five more surrounding it
Of all the ways I’ve ruined a beautiful view, my golf game is my favorite

“Golf is a good walk spoiled.” - probably not actually Mark Twain originally
