Arm band for golfer's elbow

I have been struggling with golfer’s elbow for about a week now. I got a Theraband Flexbar and have been diligently doing the exercises 2-3 times a day. However, I am also considering using a forearm strap or brace to see if it helps with the pain. There are so many options on Amazon that it’s overwhelming! If anyone has any experience with a particular brace or strap that they have found helpful, I would love to hear about it. Thanks!

Sticking with those Theraband Flexbar exercises is a great start, those can be really effective. For the brace, I can’t recommend a specific one without knowing more about your situation (physical therapist might be a good call for that). But many golfers I know have found forearm straps helpful. I used a simple strap that targeted the forearm muscles and seemed to do the trick. Maybe try browsing reviews online to see what other golfers with golfer’s elbow liked.

Using a forearm strap or brace can complement your Theraband Flexbar exercises in managing golfer’s elbow. Look for adjustable straps with compression to alleviate pain and provide support. Consider brands with ergonomic designs and breathable materials for comfort during extended wear. Reading user reviews can help identify effective options on Amazon.

I use a band or brace that wraps around my forearm. I haven’t used it in years, but it always worked for me.
